Flarecut is an online AI video creation platform. It helps you turn scripts, audio, images, and other inputs into edited videos using automated workflows, templates, and third-party AI and media services.

You are solely responsible for how you use generated videos, including compliance with platform rules, advertising disclosures, and intellectual property rights of others.
Flarecut offers paid plans and credit-based usage. Prices, included credits, and features are shown on our pricing page and at checkout. By completing a purchase or subscribing, you agree to the fees and billing terms presented at that time.
Payment terms:
Taxes may apply depending on your location and are your responsibility unless we are required to collect them.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscriptions, credit purchases, or other fees, including for unused credits or unused time in a billing period.
Video generation incurs high running costs (cloud compute, GPU inference, storage, and third-party AI services) that are incurred when you use credits or when capacity is allocated to your account. We offer a free trial so you can evaluate Flarecut before paying; please use the trial to assess whether the Service meets your needs.
You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any previous billing period. For full details, see our Refund Policy. For billing errors, contact us and we will review legitimate mistakes.
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, third-party outages, or events beyond our reasonable control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
Your content: You retain ownership of content you upload and of outputs we generate for you, subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You grant Flarecut a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.
Our technology: The Flarecut platform, software, branding, and underlying technology are owned by USERQUEST LDA or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or source code.
AI outputs: You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication. We do not warrant that outputs are unique, error-free, or free of third-party rights.
We handle personal data and project content as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that processing may involve trusted subprocessors for hosting, analytics, payments, and AI or media processing.
An account is required for most features. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flarecut and USERQUEST LDA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to Flarecut in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred euros (€100), except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that outputs will meet your expectations or perform without errors.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to USERQUEST LDA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected where applicable.
